Bude has won a number of awards (including the accolade of being 'Best UK Coastal Resort' in the British Travel Awards) over recent years for its clean waters, glorious beaches and fantastic amenities and attractions to cater for all tastes and energy levels. Having wide appeal, this popular seaside town benefits from a micro-climate, ensuring there is plenty of sunshine to enjoy all it has to offer.

A secure shed in the garden allows you to bring surf boards away with you to ride the Atlantic rollers, as well as bikes to explore the country lanes ablaze with wild flowers in the warmer months.
With so much on offer, you may not want to leave Bude but if you do, there are plenty of attractions and great days out. Visit Hartland Peninsula in North Devon with its spectacular scenery and incredible walks; take the little ones for a day at the Milky Way; discover the beauty of Clovelly fishing village, Boscastle and the legendary magic of Tintagel. No trip to Cornwall is complete without a visit to the Eden Project, or for foodies, Padstow. The city of Exeter is also within easy reach by car, as is Cornwall's South Coast and Dartmoor National Park, providing plenty of memorable days out.
