About 23 Atlantic Close

No 23 sits in an enviable position just two hundred yards back from Widemouth Bay beach. Sleeping six guests (plus one) in three bedrooms, this semi-detached bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac and affords sea views. Recently renovated to a contemporary open plan design, No 23 has a garden at the back and a decking area where you can take in the fantastic sea views whilst enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine of an evening. Comfortable and convenient at any time of the year, No 23 is a must for beach and surf enthusiasts.

Widemouth Bay boasts miles of long lifeguarded sandy beach and is popular (but rarely crowded) with surfers of all levels, swimmers, walkers and those who wish to simply lie back and relax. The village offers two friendly pubs (one a five minute walk from the property) surf hire, local grocery store with an amazing fresh fish counter and arguably the best fish and chip shop in the area. The nearby town of Bude is just a three mile drive, cycle or a stunning walk along the cliffs and offers further shops, restaurants and amenities.

Nestling in a pocket of outstanding North Cornish coastline, Widemouth Bay offers something for all ages and energy levels. It is a perfect base from which to explore the wider area. The outstanding village of Crackington Haven known for its breathtaking views and dramatic landscape, is just ten minutes away and Boscastle with its quaint shops, wonderful tea rooms and traditional fishing harbour is a twenty minute drive. A thirty minute drive takes you to the magical village of Tintagel with its infamous castle.

The Camel Trail is easily accessible which provides a scenic route to Padstow by bike (or of course you can drive!) and Bodmin can be reached in thirty minutes by car. There are plenty of opportunities for great days out whilst staying in North Cornwall and for those who wish to venture slightly further afield Newquay, Charlestown, St Ives, The Eden Project and Lands End are all a day trip away.

Cornwall offers a vast array of attractions and interesting places to visit and has Britain's longest stretch of continuous coastline. Here you can discover numerous spectacular beaches with sweeping bays, pretty Cornish fishing villages, dramtic cliff top walks, smuggler’s coves, along with beautiful rolling countryside and open dramatic moorland, all just waiting to be explored.
