Glangors Country Cabin is a blissful blend of peace and privacy. Made from wood and surrounded by eight acres of rolling Welsh countryside in Penuwch near Tregaron, the self-catering holiday home sleeps four people in two bedrooms. It's comfortably furnished and appeals to couples, families and friends, including visitors with dogs and children. There's a family-friendly pub, The Hungry Ram, around half a mile away, and you're just over a mile from the Penuwch Premier Carp Fishing Lake.
Ceredigion is perfect for a walking or cycling holiday. The dual-use Ystwyth Trail passes the property on its way between Tregaron and Aberystwyth, linking the coast and the Teifi Valley in a scenic 21-mile route. Bird watchers will love the Cors Caron Nature Reserve and the Red Kite Centre, both around nine miles from the cabin in Tregaron. The Abergwesyn Pass mountain road is a favourite route for cycling and driving, with spectacular views over mid-Wales towards Cardigan Bay. It's easy to see why the infamous Welsh highwayman, Twm Sion Cati, was so successful at robbing affluent travellers.
Aberystwyth is half an hour's drive from Glangors Country Cabin mixing the Victorian elegance of a seaside resort with the buzz of a university town. Things to do in and around Aberystwyth include walking along the pier, taking a ride to Devil's Bridge on the Vale of Rheidol Railway, and saving your legs with a trip on Aberystwyth Cliff Railway to the camera obscure. Those interested can learn more about the area and its people at the Amgueddfa Ceredigion Museum and the National Library of Wales. The Magic of Life Butterfly House is a favourite, as are the Bwlch y Geuffordd Gardens.
The Ceredigion coast is lined with beautiful beaches. Pack your swimsuit to paddle at Cwmtydu, Aberporth, Mwnt, Cei Bach, and Castell Bach. Alternatively, stay inland and cycle or drive around the breathtaking Elan Valley, Llyn Brianne Dam, and the Cambrian Mountains. Other places include National Trust Llanerchaeron, the Cothi Valley and the Dolaucothi Gold Mines, and the Silver Mountain Experience.

Glangors is a recently renovated timber cabin set in eight beautiful acres. Two steps lead to the timber porch and front door. Once inside, accommodation is all on one level. There is a ramp with access from the side of the deck.
Outside: Enjoy beautiful views from the deck and the big enclosed garden which has a terrace, outdoor seating, and a barbecue. There is secure bike storage and guests have use of the grounds which include a pond and a stream.
Additional Information: Utilities, WiFi, an initial supply of logs for the woodburner, bed linen and bath towels are included. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
