Recently refurbished, this gorgeous detached holiday barn provides a high level of self catering accommodation that perfectly blends both traditional character with contemporary decor and furnishings.
The Barn is located in a wonderful tranquil location set amongst superb walking country, with many footpaths to explore starting from the front door. This is a wonderful location for those who want to relax amongst beautiful countryside and cycling the quiet lanes and also pony trekking can be enjoyed locally. Alternatively, simply sit back and enjoy the very large well stocked garden, which is stunning in the spring and summer.
The hamlet of Caldbergh, sits just three miles from the market town of Middleham within Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales. With its famous castle, shops, great pubs, cafes, restaurants and vibrant scenes of race horses exercising on the moors, the town has much to offer.
East Witton, home to a renowned dining pub, The Blue Lion and Brathwaite hall are four miles away as is Leyburn with its popular market, wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and cinema.
Within a short drive of The Barn, you can discover the surprises of 'The Forbidden Corner' follie, Aysgarth waterfalls and Jervaux Abbey and Hawes with the renowned Dales Folk Museum, Wensleydale Creamery and rope makers is also within easy reach.

Master Bedroom with dual aspect windows and fantastic views. This room has a large en-suite bathroom with huge bath, basin, bidet and WC.
Twin bedded first floor bedroom with zip and link beds that can either be made up as a super king size bed or two singles. There is an ensuite with WC and wash basin.
Ground floor twin bedroom next to the large newly refurbished shower room with walk in shower.
Well equipped country style kitchen with solid timber worktops, electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large sink unit with double drainer.
Utility Room with large sink with drainer, Bosh washing machine, separate Bosh dryer, coat rail and boot shelf.

Additional information: Linen provided. Duvets included. Please bring your own towels. Property is thoroughly cleaned after each letting with all beds changed and made up ready for your arrival. If there is a two week let then a clean linen is provided for the second week.
Outside: Fabulous well stocked garden and lawns with teak garden dining table, six chairs, cushions and umbrella supplied. At the bottom of the garden through a gate are very steep steps down to the Beck. Washing line at the bottom of the garden.
