Daisy Cottage is a delightful traditional stone holiday cottage that is tucked away in a rural peaceful location just half a mile from the village of Haworth, in West Yorkshires Bronte Country.

Surrounded by rolling countryside, Daisy Cottage forms part of a former stone barn and stable that was built approximately two hundred years ago.

The hilltop village of Haworth is positioned above the Worth Valley amongst the Pennine Moors and offers a good selection of interesting specialist shops, cafes, tea rooms, restaurants, the Bronte Parsonage (a museum where the Bronte sisters once wrote their famous works and a must to visit!) and the Parish Church. From here you can access some lovely walks across the Moors and the Yorkshire Dales is also easily accessible providing further endless walking opportunities.

The Keighley and Worth Valley steam Railway runs from Haworth Train Station and the old market town of Skipton (Gateway to the Dales) with its medieval castle, is just a short drive away. There are also a wealth of stately homes in the area, just waiting to be explored including Harewood House, East Riddlesden Hall, Bolton Abbey and Fountains Abbey. For those wishing to travel a little further afield, the cities of Leeds and Bradford are too within easy reach.

This cosy holiday cottage is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing hideaway for two and provides single level accommodation of a 4 star (English Tourism Council) standard. It is a great place for those who enjoy walking and a good base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales and its many attractions.

Whatever the time of the year, the changing scenery is truly spectacular and provides a wonderful backdrop whether you want to relax, visit the pretty Yorkshire Dales villages and sample the local food and ales or enjoy a walk across the Moors.
