Green Farm Cottage sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms and is a cosy and comfortable holiday cottage that is full of character with beams and a wood burning stove. The cottage is well equipped to ensure you have a relaxing stay and outside there is a sheltered patio and pretty garden with stunning views across the fields to the hills beyond.
Located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales near to Grassington and Skipton, Green Farm Cottage is an ideal location to relax, enjoy outdoor pursuits or to use as a base from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales and its many attractions.
Arncliffe is a pretty village that offers everything you could wish for from a Dales village. It is located in Littondale, a peaceful tributary of Wharfedale, and is well known for its many walks and cycle routes (both easy and challenging) starting from the front door, along with its wildlife and stunning scenery. It is also often used as a film location and is best known as the original setting for Beckindale, the fictitious village where Emmerdale was once filmed!
The river Skirfare runs through the dale and there are riverside walks and many idyllic picnic spots where you can enjoy a quiet moment amongst beautiful countryside. Arncliffe also has a renowned Dales pub within walking distance of the cottage and there are many other recommended inns and eating establishments within the area.
Arncliffe is ideally situated for exploring the Yorkshire Dales with Malham Cove, the Three Peaks and Grassington close by. The many attractions of Skipton and Settle are within a thirty minute drive whilst a little further afield are the lovely spa town of Harrogate, Bronte Country and even the southern edge of the Lake District.
