Serenity Cottage is in an enviable position, located directly on the famous cobbled Main Street in the heart of the beautiful village of Haworth which is in West Yorkshire's Bronte Country. 

It is perfectly positioned with everything on its doorstep - the Edinburgh Wool Mill, interesting specialist shops, a good selection of tea rooms, cafes, pubs, restaurants, the Parish Church and the Bronte Parsonage (a museum where the Bronte sisters once wrote their famous works).  If that is not enought it is just a five minute walk out onto the Moors and the cottage benefits from wonderful views over the Moors from the lounge and dining room.  Whatever the time of the year, the changing scenery is spectacular and provides a wonderful backdrop whether you want to browse the shops, relax or enjoy a walk across the Moors.

Situated above the Worth Valley amidst the Pennine moors, Haworth is just a short distance away from the Yorkshire moors and is ideally located for exploring all the local attractions, the beautiful countryside and a little further afield, the cities of Leeds and Bradford.

Beautifully furnished and well equipped, Serenity Cottage can accommodate up to four guests.  The local area has plenty of things to do and interesting places to visit including the Bronte Parsonage (as mentioned above); the KWVR Steam Railway (which has been used as the setting for many period films and is located at the bottom of the hill) and several footpaths providing plenty of opportunity for rambling. If you enjoy walking there is also the beautiful Bronte Waterfalls which lead you on to Top Withens, over the border into Lancashire, and for those feeling energetic, beyond to Wycoller passing through some spectacular scenery and moorland on route.

For those who are happy to travel a little further afield, you will find Cliffe Castle Museum and East Riddlesden Hall, Salts Mill and Skipton Castle, all within easy reach.

If you enjoy shopping then you have some interesting shops to browse on your doorstep in Haworth or take a short drive away to Boundry Mills in Colne (apx eleven miles), or the Airedale Shopping Centre in Keighley.  Alternatively, you could take the steam train and not only have fun on the way but save the hassle of finding a parking space at the other end!

Bradford is only a short distance away with it's Museums and Art Galleries and Foster Square shopping centre or Leeds can be visited by car or train.
