Higher Scholes Cottage offers luxurious accommodation set in the heart of the beautiful Bronte countryside, commanding stunning views over Haworth and the famous Bronte moors.
The Cottage has been awarded 5 stars from the English Tourism Council, and has been A White Rose Award, for excellence, finalist twice, for its first class accommodation, and the owners commitment to customer care.
The Barn itself is a single story cottage with a small garden with garden furniture. Being south facing the cottage enjoys the sun all day.
Higher Scholes Cottage is in a semi-rural position comanding stunning views over Pensitone Hill and Bronte Country, the cottage has the best of both worlds, peace and tranquility of the country side and the local village, of Oakworth, one mile away.
There is an award winning pub half a mile away, serving excellent food. There are walks from the end of the drive. Mills shops are abound in this part of the country. You can start your journey on the Keighley Worth Valley Railway from the Oakworth. In the area there is Bolton Abbey, Leeds, Eureka, Pennine Way, Skipton.

Lounge - The lounge is a truly inviting room with a log burning stove being the heart and soul of this beautifully co-ordinated room. When you arrive there is gentle music playing, fresh flowers a bottle of wine and fruit waiting for you. Relax on either of the big comfy sofas, and enjoy all the lounge has to offer. Stunning views, a television with DVD a video player or CD player, there is a small libary of films for your enjoyment. The room also has underfloor heating for added comfort.
Kitchen - The Bespoke kithen is complement by a Yorkshire Stone Flagged floor, and those special finishing touches that make Higher Scholes Cottage so individual. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee, sugar and milk, and luxury biscuits are awaiting your arrival. With those famous stunning views, there's no where better to enjoy those lazy breakfasts. The kitchen is fully kitted out with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas cooker, pot and pans, cultery and crockery. There is a seperate utility room with washer, dryer, iron, ironning board, and vacum.
Main Bathroom - This Stunning bathroom with a white roll top bath, and underfloor heating is perfect to lay back and relax.
