Sugars Farm Cottage is a spacious holiday cottage that is situated in a quiet location in the village of Far Forest within Worcestershire. The village has a pub which serves food and a shop which sells most essentials.
The pretty Georgian riverside town of Bewdley is just a ten minute drive away where there are restaurants, shops, a doctor’s surgery and a chemist. A little further afield is Kidderminster which offers supermarkets, larger shops/stores and a retail park.
Sugars Farm Cottage is perfectly positioned: Peaceful, yet still close to amenities and a good number of local activities.
The West Midland Safari Park is just ten minutes away by car and golf, country walks, riding and the Severn Valley Railway are all nearby and within easy reach.
The cottage sits on the outskirts of the Wyre Forest, one of the most ancient significant woodlands in England. The area has numerous great country walks with many footpaths leading from the same country lane.
The Wyre Forest Visitor Centre is only a five minute car trip away and is home to a Go Ape activity course. For those who enjoy fishing, there are two carp fishing pools within the house’s private fourteen acre setting.

Sugars Farm Cottage sleeps up to ten guests and provides family friendly holiday accommodation that would easily accommodate a large family, or two families who want to holiday together.
Accommodation comprises:
On the second floor there is a master bedroom with wash hand basin, which has its own balcony, overlooking the surrounding countryside. There are also two twin bedded rooms and a large family bathroom with separate shower and bath.
The first floor has a fully fitted kitchen, along with a separate utility room with washing machine, chest freezer and iron/ironing board. There is also a spacious living room with comfy sofas, television with Freeview, DVD and CD player; a separate dining room and a downstairs cloakroom (WC).
Extending from the living room is a conservatory with dining table and chairs and cane settees. Patio doors lead onto a large terrace with magnificent views.
Down a staircase from the living room is a games room with a table tennis table, television with video, DVD player and four single beds.
Outside: To the side of the house is a garden area with sun-beds, a barbecue, table and chairs and the property’s own private outdoor swimming pool.
Additional information: Prices include heating, linen and electricity. Please bring your own towels. You can bring your own horse away with you if you would like to enjoy a riding holiday.
