The Granary is a delightful holiday retreat located within the beautiful Pewsey Vale just eight miles from the historic town of Marlborough. It sleeps two adults and two children in two bedrooms and is an ideal base for those who enjoy walking, cycling, relaxing or who want to explore the area’s many attractions.

A true gem, The Granary has been converted from a working facility and is built on traditional staddle stones. The holiday accommodation is an ideal base for those who want to enjoy the countryside, with superb walking and cycling routes in all directions as well as many golf and fishing facilities nearby.

Located in the heart of the beautiful Pewsey Vale, The Granary is situated in the charming village of Manningford Abbots, just 1.5 miles from Pewsey. There is a lovely pub within walking distance, with other pubs a short drive away. Pewsey offers a wide range of convenience facilities close at hand including local shops, restaurants, pubs, leisure centre, doctors, post office and a train station direct to London Paddington. Woodborough Garden Centre and Farm Shop is also close by which has a super café serving delicious breakfasts, lunches and cream teas with a great gift shop and play area for the children.

The Granary provides easy access to wonderful days out with something to suit all ages. It is an ideal base to visit the historic towns of Marlborough and Salisbury and the archaeological sites of Avebury, Stonehenge and Silbury Hill which are all within thirty minutes drive away.

A few other favourite attractions are Bowood House and Gardens with a fantastic adventure playground for the children; Longleat House and Safari Park; Wilton House; the National Trust village of Lacock and the Hawk Conservancy. If you fancy a day at the races then Newbury or Salisbury Racecourses are approximately forty five minutes drive away.
