Large Luxury Holiday Cottages in the Heart of Wiltshire yet just thirty minutes from Bath. Ashe Cottage and The Annexe are just yards across the lawn from each other, and sleeping 15 in total make the perfect combination for large/hen parties. The main dining room in Ashe Cottage seats fifteen. There's ample private parking, a heated outdoor swimming pool in summer and log fires in winter. Large private gardens. Farm shop nearby. Great village pub with food. In-house catering, beauty therapy, outdoor pursuits etc.

Nestling in the rural hamlet of Heywood, Ashe Cottage is a lovely old rambling cottage with oak beams and low ceilings. It sleeps eight adults in four bedrooms (two doubles and two twins) plus one small child's single.

The annexe just across the lawn has three bedrooms (one double and two twins) bathroom, loo and a beautiful rustic living/dining/kitchen area with oak beams and floor. The Annexe is all on the ground floor. Most twins convert to continental style doubles. The large dining room in Ashe Cottage will seat fifteen. Ashe Cottage is the perfect venue for large groups and multi-family holidays.

Heywood is ideally situated for visiting The Roman City of Bath, the ancient Saxon Town of Bradford-on-Avon, and all the historic attractions of South West England! The magnificent Longleat House and safari park is just ten minutes away. The cottage is just forty minutes from Stonehenge and Salisbury and thirty minutes from Bath by road. Westbury Railway Station is one mile away with regular direct trains to Bath (twenty minutes) and London (ninety minutes). The local Pub with it's fine real ales and superb food is just a short walk across the fields. There are many excellent golf courses in the area and daily or weekly golf tours can be arranged.

Ashe Cottage is "Child Friendly", with a permanent stair gate and a travel-cot provided. Due to the residential nature of the hamlet the cottage is family-oriented and not suitable for wild parties and late night noise!
