Surfview is a brand new purpose built three bedroom holiday cottage that is ideal for families and group bookings. It accommodates parties of up to six guests and provides a spacious living area which boasts a log burning stove and double aspect windows, allowing you to take full advantage of the wonderful sea view.

Finished with wood and tiled floors throughout with underfloor heating, Surfview provides a comfortable holiday retreat at any time of the year. It is situated four miles from the main town of Stornoway in the quiet village of Tong and within walking distance from popular surfing sandbar and reef breaks nearby. There are a choice of three individual sandy beaches within five minutes walking distance from the front door and there is a bus service every half hour and off road parking for several vehicles.

There are plenty of things to see and do in the area. Surfview is a short drive from the world famous Callanish Standing Stones and home of the Lewis Chessmen. Locally you can enjoy hill walking, bird watching, coastal walks, cycling, sea angling and fresh water salmon fishing. Golf is also available within a ten minute drive from the towns excellent 18 hole golf course set in the beautiful grounds of the Lewis Castle which offers many scenic walks. St Kilda (the recognised Double World Heritage Site) excursions are available and are only a forty five minute drive away.
