The Old Rectory Coach House sits in the grounds of the owner's beautiful Georgian Old Rectory and provides holiday accommodation for four to six guests in two bedrooms.
This charming former coach house has been converted to a very high standard and offers luxury holiday accommodation that is well positioned for exploring Stratford, Warwick, Oxford and The Cotswold's.
There are plenty of public footpaths, making the area great for walking enthusiasts, and cyclists can enjoy the cycle path along a disused railway line.

Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, electric oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer.
Living room with comfortable leather sofas, coal effect Gas fire, forty inch flat screen television, DVD player and patio doors leading out to charming garden with water feature and outdoor furniture.
Dining room that can be used as a third bedroom with sofa bed and patio doors leading out to covered and lit decking area with barbeque.
Two king size bedrooms, both en-suite - one with luxury shower and one with shower and bath.

Additional information: There is Gas central heating. All towels and linen are provided. Welcome basket provided upon arrival. There is ample parking in secure grounds and use of the new tennis court through arrangement.
Prices quoted are for up to four guests. Please contact the owner regarding prices for July and the first two weeks in August. Add a supplement of £40 per week for fifth and sixth guests. Short breaks are available - a two night booking is at 50% of the weekly rate; three to four night bookings are at 70% of the weekly rate and five to six night breaks are charged at the normal weekly rate.
