This two bedroom holiday cottage has recently been renovated and is in an exceptional location. Set in the village of Eastbridge, one of Suffolk’s true hidden gems, Lyndon Cottage is within walking distance of RSPB Minsmere and has the added benefit of having its own footpath leading to the beach.

Surrounding villages include Walberswick, Aldeburgh, Westleton and Dunwich and this is an ideal base from which to explore the beautiful Suffolk countryside and enjoy its many attractions.

Southwold is an absolute delight to visit, with its lovely sandy beach (with beach huts), award winning pier, working lighthouse and busy harbour bringing in fresh fish that you can purchase to bring home for a special supper!

The historic market town of Halesworth is just a short drive away with railway and airfield museums, along with the local supermarket, restaurants, pubs, banks, fish and chip shop and a post office.

The precious and rare habitat of Dunwich Heath (run by the National trust) is within easy reach with its miles of superb walks and tracks through open heath land. There are also shady wooded paths to explore providing a haven for wildlife in this nature conservation area. From the car park, access is available to the beach, shop, coastguard cottages and tea room.

RSPB Minsmere is within walking distance of the cottage and is famous to bird watchers. Walberswick also has fame for The British Open Crabbing Championships and hours of entertainment for the children (or adults!) can be enjoyed crabbing by the harbour. Walberswick has restaurants, tea rooms, two pubs, an art gallery and gift shops.

For those who enjoy golf, there are local golf clubs in Halesworth and there is fishing and cycle routes to explore in the local area. The area also offers animal parks including Africa Alive, said to be one of UK's largest, most exciting wildlife attractions positioned within one hundred acres of dramatic coastal parkland.
