This beautiful rural location makes it an ideal base for those who enjoy walking or cycling.
This pretty cottage is the perfect place to relax on warm summer evenings with its own private garden and sunny patio. The tranquil setting is ideal for a lazy week away, whether outdoors or in the cosy, two hundred year-old cottage.
The property has easy access to the M5, providing a good base to explore the varied and interesting tourist attractions of the south west. In addition, shops, restaurants, farm shops and leisure facilities are all within a ten minute drive. The cottage is pet friendly with two small dogs being allowed.

Accommodation and facilities comprise:
Kitchen with oven and separate four ring gas hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave, a kettle, toaster and iron.
Dining room with CD player and dining table for four guests.
Sitting room with television, board games, lots of books and enough seats for four.
Upstairs main bedroom with double bed, dressing table and large double wardrobe.
Upstairs second bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table.
Upstairs bathroom with toilet, shower, wash basin and bath.
Downstairs toilet.
Airing cupboard on hall landing.
Outside: There is a sunny patio in front of the cottage and a private, quiet south-facing garden iwith lawn and flowerbeds. There is also a separate seating area and you have access to the owner’s four acre garden next door (part of the national garden scheme). Parking is adjacent to the cottage. Guests have access to the outside shed ideal for storing outdoor equipment/bikes.
Additional information: Electricity, gas, central heating and towels are included within the price but please note that an extra fuel charge is required in the low season. Bed linen is available at a small charge.
