Ty Coch, one of two holiday cottages is a large detached self catering farmhouse in a peaceful location close to the foot of Snowdon. It offers comfortable self catering accommodation, and has marvellous views of Snowdonia from all windows.
The farmhouse is set on a 114 acre sheep farm, and visitors are able to walk in the fields and enjoy the marvellous views and tranquility of such a peaceful location. Ample parking is provided.
Ty Coch is ideally situated for exploring the whole of Snowdonia and the rest of North Wales. Local attractions include Caernarfon Castle, the steam railways (Welsh Highland Railway and the Snowdon Mountain Railway), and of course the natural beauty of the mountains, valleys and beaches. There is walking from the doorstep, and the mighty Snowdon is only a few miles from the farmhouse.

This comfortably furnished self catering farmhouse is set in an attractive valley to the west of Snowdon.
The accommodation comprises:

One twin bedroom.
Two double bedrooms.
One room with bunk beds.
Two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) - one with electric shower.
Main lounge with woodburning stove and mountain views.
Kitchen, utility/storage room, and conservatory with seating and stunning views.

Outside: There is an enclosed area to the front of the house, and a large enclosed sunny garden to the rear with stream (unfenced), swing and ground level trampoline. One of the outbuildings has been converted into a games room with table tennis, a pool table, darts board, and cycle storage.
