Ty Bryn (Hill House) has just been built and is an architecturally designed holiday home that is in a spectacular enviable hillside position, offering outstanding views over the estuary and sea at Aberdovey.
This luxurious 5 Star contemporary holiday home can comfortably sleep up to eight guests in four bedrooms and provides stylish holiday accommodation which is perfect at any time of the year for a holiday.
Aberdovey has recently been voted the third most attractive place to live in the UK, on a popular television programme. It is delightful, relaxing, unspoilt and is protected by being in the beautiful Snowdonia National Park.
Ty Bryn overlooks the village and sea and is just a five minute walk to the centre of the village with its award winning hotels, restaurants, pubs and shops. The beach is magnificent - four miles of white sands and dunes and there is a championship golf course rated in the top 100 within the UK.
Other local activities available are sailing and water sports at the Dovey yacht club, excellent river and sea fishing, wonderful walks and sights to see for hikers, and plenty of opportunities for bird watchers and cyclists. With its mild climate, this is the perfect place to enjoy a holiday by the sea at any time of the year.
Aberdovey is surrounded by some of the most spectacular mountain and valley scenery in Wales. Within easy reach are the renowned peaks of Cader Idris, Aran Fawddwy, Aran Benily, the Rhinogs, the beautiful Happy Valley, the fantasy village of Port Meirion and the market town of Machynlleth. From Aberdovey the whole arc of Cardigan Bay can be seen - from the rugged wild mountains of Northern Snowdonia and the mysterious Bardsey Island. To the south the Preseli mountains and Pembrokeshire coastline reach out into the Atlantic Ocean.

The accommodation, which comfortably sleeps up to eight guests is tastefully decorated and furnished to a modern design. The living area is situated on the first floor with sleeping accommodation on the ground floor.

Open plan kitchen/dining room with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, fridge, freezer and a large dining table seating eight people and a breakfast island seating four.
The living, dining and kitchen area have large floor to ceiling windows, making the areas wonderfully light and airy and providing beautiful sea views.
