Penmaenucha Farm is home to The Farm House and three other self-catering holiday cottages located on a 600 acre farm, extending from marshland on the beautiful Mawddach estuary to the foothills of Cader Idris.

The Farmhouse is within easy walking distance of the George III Hotel (200yds) and the Mawddach R.S.P.B. Nature Reserve and only five miles to the sandy beaches of Fairbourne and Barmouth.

The area is ideal for activities such as mountain biking, fishing, pony trekking and golf to name but a few.

The original stone farmhouse, is set up on a bank with magnificent views over the estuary and mountains beyond. It sleeps six people + cot and benefits from: Oil central heating (included in price) Electric (included) Garden furniture Ample parking and enclosed farmyard. Pets welcome. The accommodation comprises: Lounge with Hi Fi, colour television and DVD Player with views overlooking the estuary. Kitchen/diner with microwave, electric oven and fridge. Seperate dining room. Three bedrooms - one double, two twins (bed linen inc, except cot) - please bring towels/tea towels. Bathroom with both bath and shower.
