Llys Tegfan is in the village of 'Old' Llandegfan which is located just two miles from the historic town of Beaumaris on the South West coast of the Isle of Anglesey. It is the main part of a large Victorian property, sleeping up to eight guests. Llandegfan provides a perfect touring base for exploring the Island and also the Snowdonia National Park.
The Isle of Anglesey offers a wealth of lovely beaches which are ideal for bathing, walking and relaxing, with the nearest one being Llanddona Beach which is part of Red Wharf Bay.
Llys Tegfan can accommodate up to eight guests in four bedrooms and is a comfortable holiday home with a good range of facilities. Guests have the exclusive use of a swimming pool, located in the adjoining property, which is in a glass enclosure that allows guests to swim everyday, whatever the weather.
The house overlooks farmland and there are a number of public footpaths allowing you to explore the area on foot.
For those who enjoy golf, the Baron Hill Golf Club is just over a mile away and visitors can enjoy a round on the nine hole course which has wonderful dramatic views over the Menai Straits and the mountains of Snowdonia.
The town of Beaumaris is famous for its moated castle which was built in 1295. It is an interesting town with lovely architecture, restaurants, pubs and specialist shops. It offers a number of attractions including the 17th century court house and gaol, fishing, and sightseeing boat trips from the pier.
Why not come to the Isle of Anglesey and discover the islands stunning cliff top walks, excellent golf courses, sandy beaches, bird-watching, water-sports, fishing or even take a day trip to Dublin!

Shower changing room, toilet and washbasin are accessed from patio next to swimming pool. At the rear of the property, accessed along a small lane, there is a large paddock available for recreational use.

The house was absolutely perfect, and our daughter particularly enjoyed crawling around the lovely big rooms, and the luxurious bed in the main bedroom. It is a beautiful location and a lovely spot from which to explore the wonderful island.
