Tyddyn Lliw sleeps four guests in two bedrooms (plus a cot) and is a new luxury Five Star barn conversion that offers a high level of comfort and style with its own private hot tub, landscaped gardens and Wi-Fi access. Set in a beautiful location, Tyddyn Lliw sits within the spectacular Snowdonia National Park and has exceptional views over the mountains which guest's can enjoy from the hot tub!
One of three superb holiday cottages, Tyddyn Lliw is in an exceptional position overlooking the beautiful village of Llanuwchllyn and the Aran mountain. Llanuwchllyn is one mile away and can be reached along the footpath providing a lovely riverside walk into the village where you will find the Eagles Inn which serves good homemade food.
The local area is a walkers paradise with lovely leisurely walks along the public footpaths from the village through the surrounding countryside. From the village you can also take a trip on the little steam train to the bustling market town of Bala.
Alternatively, you can drive to Bala (just ten minutes) which sits at the head of Llyn Tegid, Bala’s famous lake and the largest natural lake in Wales. The town offers a good range of quality restaurants and pubs and is within easy driving distance of some excellent shopping and historical towns including Porthmadog, Ruthin, Chester and Llangollen.
Ideal for a family break or romantic retreat, Tyddyn Lliw is near to beaches and mountains and provides all the right ingredients for a relaxing holiday, or to use as a base from which to explore the many attractions and magic of North Wales.

Tyddyn Lliw is a fantastic traditional stone Welsh 18th century long barn which has been converted to an exceptionally high standard to provide luxurious Five Star holiday accommodation for up to four guests (plus cot). Affording its own private hot tub, Tyddyn Lliw is a fantastic retreat for families, friends or couples and offers the following facilities:
First floor:
Wash room.
Spacious open plan kitchen and living area with Velux roof windows creating a light and airy feel.
The fitted kitchen area is fully equipped with dish washer, microwave and washer/dryer. There is also a table and six chairs for dining.
The sitting area has comfortable seating, flat screen television, DVD player and patio doors which open onto a small veranda where you can enjoy breathtaking views over the horse paddock to the Aran mountain.
Ground floor:
One double bedroom.
One twin bedroom.
Both bedrooms are en-suite with a shower over bath, wash basin and WC.
Outside: The private hot tub sits outside in the garden under the trees, where there is also a BBQ.
Additional information: Tyddyn Lliw is open all year round and short breaks are available throughout the year - great last minute offers are often available. There is no extra charge for the use of the Hot Tub. Wi-Fi available for £10 per stay. Child friendly environment and a child minding service is available by arrangement. Tyddyn Lliw has under floor heating keeping your toes warm! Complimentary welcome drinks and food are provided (fresh milk, teas, coffee, home baked cake and Bryn Caled special fudge bar). Fluffy white bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. All cottages are non-smoking. A maid service is available Monday to Friday by arrangement. Delicious full Welsh breakfast can be delivered to your cottage for £10 per person and £15 per person for dinner (menus available upon request). Homemade "eat any time" slow cooker meal can be arranged for £8 per person - the perfect welcome home after a long journey! Sorry, no pets.
