The small holding of Cefn Eithin is home to Eithin Bach, a delightful holiday cottage that can accommodate up to five guests (four adults and one child or baby). It is an annex which is attached to the main house and ideal for families or couples who want to escape the pressures of every day life and relax in a peaceful environment.
Close to the heritage castle town of Caernarfon (four miles) and within easy reach of Snowdonia National Park (fifteen minutes drive) and the Lleyn Peninsular, there are no shortage of things to do and see in this beautiful part of North Wales.
The cottage is surrounded by fields which are grazed by Welsh Mountain Sheep and there are spectacular panoramic views of the sea and coast towards Anglesey, the Eifl Mountains and the Lleyn Peninsular; and the hills and mountains of Snowdonia.
Eithin Bach stands within the grounds and fields of the Farmhouse in the tiny hamlet of Bethesda Bach above Caernarfon Bay. It is just three miles from the award winning Blue Flag Beach of Dinas Dinlle - a popular large sand and pebble beach with beautiful views.
There are no shortage of activities to enjoy in this area including: rock climbing; lake, forest and mountain walks on your doorstep; golf; cycling; fishing; horse riding; watersports and boating.

Accommodation comprises:
- One double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets and armchair. There is also room for an extra young child on a z bed or a baby in a cot.
- One bedroom with bunk beds and a wardrobe. Please note that access to the bunk bedroom is via the double bedroom and bathroom.
- Open plan living area with very comfortable furnishings and lovely mountain views from the lounge area window. There is also a large LCD television and DVD player along with a radio/tape/CD player,
- Fully equipped fitted kitchen/dining area with breakfast bar separating it from the lounge and an electric oven, hob and extractor fan, microwave and fridge.
- Luxurious brand new white en-suite bath and shower room with built in washbasin and toilet, a powerful walk in shower with feature glass bricks, spacious bath, shaver point and heated towel rail.
- Secluded private patio area with table and seating area for the use of guests.
Additional information: There is ample parking and a large 'garden field' with plenty of space for children to run around and let off steam. We have a brand new Triple Swing Climbing Frame with Tower which is ideal for children aged three to twelve years old and also a goal post for football fanatics!! We have a Cycle Track 'Lon Eifion' within less than half a mile of the cottage and can offer our guests the loan of adult bikes with a trailer for toddlers if needed. Bedding, towels, electricity and central heating (during winter and colder periods) are included in the price. A cot and high chair can be supplied upon request. Full week holidays, short weekend breaks or mid-week breaks are offered.
Access: The cottage is all on the ground level with no steps or stairs inside or outside the property. It is therefore ideally suited for young children and partially disabled guests. Please speak to the owner regarding your personal requirements to ensure the cottage is suitable both inside and out.
Changeover day is Saturday during peak season and flexible off-peak.
