Tigh Na Beithe has incredible south-facing views and whilst it provides a tranquil environment, it is within easy walking distance of the village of Killin, well known for is friendly welcome and famed by its awe-inspiring Falls of Dochart.
Tigh Na Beithe is situated along a quiet no-through road leading to Loch Tay, and is close to the golf course and the historic ruins of Finlarig Castle. This charming holiday cottage has been thoughtfully modernised, equipped and furnished to provide everything that you need for an enjoyable and memorable holiday. There is a private garden area with outdoor furniture - perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or eating alfresco while taking in the wonderful views.
Nestled in the ancient district of Breadlebane in the heart of the Scottish Highlands, Tigh Na Beithe Cottage enjoys an outstanding position with lovely open views, easy access to the village of Killin and the beauty of the surrounding areas of Ben Lawers and the Tarmachan mountain ranges. Loch Tay is only a ten minute walk from the front door and this is an excellent area for outdoor pursuits, attracting serious hill walkers.
Keen anglers will appreciate the inclusive fishing rights on the Lochay which offers salmon and excellent brown trout fishing when in season. You can enjoy watersports on nearby Loch Tay and Loch Earn, and the Falls of Dochart are not to be missed! There is plenty of enjoyment for walkers of all levels and Killin has its own golf course, with two other courses located in nearby Kenmore and St Fillans.
If you wish to drive further afield, then Glen Coe is only thirty miles distant, and the west coast is only a two hour drive away. Cianlarich, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs are all within an hours drive from your doorstep.

Tigh Na Beithe is a detached, traditional built holiday cottage which has been upgraded to the finest modern standards, and provides everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday experience.
Accommodation comprises:

Dining area with table, four chairs and patio doors leading out to the garden.
Kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.
Bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite shower room.

Outside: There is an enclosed garden at the front and back garden with steep woodland. Garden and lounging furniture provided along with barbeque. Parking for up to three cars along with garage that can be used for bike storage.
Additional information: Bed linen and towels are included. Central heating. Cot (additional charge) and high chair can be provided. Short breaks of three nights minimum offered during low season. Heating fuel and electricity is included within the price.
