The Wynn family have been farming at Meadowbrook Farm with 500 acres of land for three generations now. The old barns were converted in 2002 into four luxury cottages.
The cottages are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the pretty hamlet of 'Moreton'. Fields surround the cottages with sheep and lambs in one field, cattle and calves and horses in another. There is no passing traffic making a reclusive and peaceful retreat.
Thame town offers a wide selection of places to eat, and is minutes away by car or walking across the public footpath takes 10-15 minutes. There are numerous private walks on the farm and two large ponds with Koi Carp, ducks and plenty of wildlife.
Thame is a traditional, historic market town with a market every Tuesday. There are many places to eat to suit all tastes and local pubs in the surrounding villages. There is a sports centre nearby, along with cycle routes and golf courses.

Taking the name of it's once original purpose of stabling horses, The Old Stable provides spacious and luxury accommodation for 6-7 people.
The cottage retains much of its original character with exposed beams and original features. An electric log effect stove adds to the charm of this cottage, particularly during the winter months.
Upstairs there is a double and twin bedroom with a shared bathroom (with bath and shower). Downstairs offers a twin bedroom (en-suite), a kitchen and also a lounge/dining area with comfortable leather sofas and reclining chairs.
The kitchen consists of ‘Neff' electric hob, oven and microwave.
Ample parking is available and the cottage is fully equipped. There is also an additional laundry room, offering a kitchen/shower area, washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher.
