At the very heart of Broadlands' liveliest village, Sunset Haven is a fantastic location for walking, fishing, cycling, sailing and bird watching. The River Bure divides Wroxham and Hoveton, with the two lovely villages commonly referred to as Wroxham - a popular and major boat hire centre on the Norfolk Broads.
Sunset Haven, is perfectly situated on the riverside, with its own private mooring, just off the main River Bure. It is a modern, comfortably furnished self catering holiday home which makes an ideal retreat all year round.
The holiday cottage is just a few minutes' walk to Wroxham centre which offers daily boat hire, sailing (including tuition), river trips, fishing (in season with permit), nature trails, walking, golf cycling and a leisure centre. Sandy beaches are within twelve miles and Norwich with its cathedral, shopping, castle museum and theatre is only eight miles away. Shops and pubs are just a short stroll from the cottage and within eight hundred meters, providing everything you should need for a relaxing holiday within just a short stroll.
