At the very heart of Broadlands' liveliest village, Sunset Haven is an excellent location for fishing, sailing, cycling, walking and bird watching. The River Bure divides Wroxham and Hoveton, with the two villages commonly called Wroxham which is one of the major boat hire centres on the Norfolk Broads.
Sunset Haven, is perfectly situated on the riverside, with its own private mooring, just off the main River Bure. It is a modern, comfortably furnished self catering holiday home which makes an ideal all year round retreat. The holiday cottage is just a few minutes walk to Wroxham centre which offers daily boat hire, river trips, sailing (including tuition), fishing (in season with permit), walking, nature trails, cycling, golf and a leisure centre. Sandy beaches are within 12 miles and Norwich with its cathedral, castle museum, shopping and theatre is only 8 miles away. Shops and pubs are just a short stroll (800 meters). f
