Oakhaven is in an ideal location for visiting Norwich, Norfolk and Suffolk, along with all the many attractions these areas have to offer and it benefits from being within walking distance of a shop and pub (half a mile). 

Located on Surlingham Broad, within the southern part of the Norfolk Broads, Oakhaven is situated on the River Yare, a tidal freshwater river. 

The village of Surlingham is conveniently located with easy access to the beautiful City of Norwich (five miles) and Norwich Airport (seven miles).  Cambridge and London are also easily accessible and the stunning beaches at Winterton and Southwold are too within easy reach.

For those looking for some adventure, why not take advantage of the excellent horse riding and walking offered locally or explore the beautiful Broads in your very own narrow boat.  Alternatively, enjoy cosmopolitan shopping at Chapelfield Shopping Centre in Norwich or wander through the Norwich Lanes, packed with restaurants, independent boutiques and delicatesants.
