Lady Broad Cottage is located in a delightful secluded rural setting, just four miles from the Norfolk Coastline with its beautiful sandy beaches. The Cottage is one of five charming holiday cottages that offer a very high standard (4 Star Gold award by VisitBritain) of accommodation and provide a perfect relaxing retreat at any time of the year.
Both bedrooms are fully en-suite and furnishings are of a high standard including comfortable settee and armchairs, flat screen television, DVD player, well-fitted kitchen and even a hot tub to relax in after an exciting day exploring the area!
Lady Broad Cottage is ideal at any time of the year with central heating to keep you warm in the winter months and a peaceful rural setting and garden to enjoy during the summer. The climate also makes it ideal wth Norfolk being the driest county in England and its neighbouring county, Suffolk, being the sunniest.
Three of the largest but quietest Broads are close by and are ideal for those who enjoy bird watching and fishing. You can also hire day boats just five miles away allowing you to explore the river and Norfolk Broads from the water.
The cathedral city of Norwich with its Norman castle, galleries, museums, theatres and restaurants is a half an hour drive and there are two new shopping malls and many small independent retailers which make Norwich one of the up and coming shopping areas in the country.
The area offers a whole host of family attractions from theme parks, to wildlife parks along with museums and places of historical interest.
Rollesby itself has a pub serving a good range of bar meals and a restaurant with full a la carte menu. There is also a Post Office for daily papers, both being approximately a mile from the cottage. Other small local shops are two miles away and the nearest supermarket is four miles.

Lady Broad Cottage provides high quality, comfortable holiday accommodation that has received a 4 star gold award from VisitBritain. It can accommodation up to four guests making it ideal for both families or two couples who want to holiday together.
The cottage faces south and has a sunny and bright aspect overlooking its own garden with its own private hot tub spa.
Both bedrooms are fully en-suite. The double room has an en-suite shower room with basin and toilet. The twin room has an en-suite bath with basin and toilet.
The living area is light and spacious with a natural stone floor, three-seater settee, two matching armchairs, rug, occasional tables and flat screen television (with freeview).
The dining area has seating for four with bookcase, books, games and DVD’s for guests use.
The kitchen is hand built in pine and fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and pots and pans.
Outside you can enjoy your own hot tub spa in the south facing garden with garden furniture. Perfect for out of season breaks.
Additional information: The cottage has been built to the latest standards and has full oil-fired central heating included in the booking price. Well-behaved pets are very welcome. Cots and highchairs available at time of booking (please bring your own cot bedding). Recreational grass area and small ride-on toys are available. Duvets, linen and towels are all provided.
