The Brambles is a luxury, sumptuous holiday cottage which is located near to Cromer on the North Norfolk coast. This beautiful secluded holiday cottage is in a peaceful position in the heart of a Norfolk village and just ten minutes walk from the Award Winning Blue Flag beach, restaurants, local amenities and spectacular coastal walks. It also benefits from plenty of off street parking and is a perfectly placed for those who want a luxury golf break or who want to explore the beautiful East Anglia North Norfolk coastline.
This wonderful cottage is ideally located opposite the wind mill in the village of East Runton. It offers three sumptuous bedrooms (plus the den room with sofa bed) with shining contemporary ensuite bathrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. All rooms have fabulous decor, huge beds, crisp beautiful linens and Internet access allowing you to keep in touch should you wish. It also benefits from a gorgeous landscaped garden with a patio and private luxury hot tub.
The owners go to great lengths to make you feel welcome during your stay and provide a gourmet 'welcome pack' for your arrival, which includes complimentary wine, famous local sausages and dry cured bacon, free range eggs plus fantastic home made bread and cakes of a very high standard.
There is a non-smoking policy throughout and both children and pets are welcome (subject to the owners terms and conditions).
There is simply so much to do and see in this lovely part of the country and The Brambles makes an ideal peaceful relaxing retreat or touring base for the North Norfolk coast, Norwich and the Norfolk Broads. It is also only thirty five minutes drive from the Norwich International Airport.
The coastline is perhaps the 'jewel in Norfolk's crown' with its expansive sandy beaches (East Runton's being only a ten minute stroll) and award winning Blue Flag beaches at Cromer and Sheringham. The coastline is varied where you can enjoy pine woods surrounding sand dunes at Holkham or historic pretty harbour villages at Blakeney, Salthouse, Morston, Brancaster Staithe and Cley-next-the-Sea.
The seal population at Blakeney Point can be visited by boat from Morston and Blakeney and the cottage is just a stones throw from Royal Cromer Golf Courses and Sheringham Golf Course, both set on the cliffs overlooking the sea. Also nearby is the North Norfolk Steam Railway which runs regular trips through the beautiful coastal and rolling countryside. There are a number of National Trust homes to visit in the area along with plenty of opportunity to enjoy wildlife, horse riding and of course, wonderful coastal and woodland walks.
For those who want to travel a little further, The Brambles lies on the edge of the Norfolk Broads and provides good opportunities for those who enjoy sailing or water activities. Day boats can be hired from one of the many boatyards and provide the perfect way to explore the extensive network of rivers that this area has to offer.

The Brambles was built in1995 and is nicely tucked away opposite the windmill at the end of a pine tree lined private lane. It has recently been tastefully updated into a high quality luxury holiday retreat for up to eight guests and is ideal for a Cromer or Sheringham luxury break at the weekend or any time.

Master bedroom with a 6-foot bed, 23" LCD television with Sky, DVD player and a luxury ensuite shower room.
Second bedroom with two single beds.
Double bedroom - all three luxurious bedrooms have hair dryers and individual stereo systems, which are iPod and MP3 enabled.
Fantastic family bath and shower room which boasts a Tilevision LCD television embedded in the wall above the bath! All the bathrooms are filled with Gilchrist and Soames toiletries and very snugly bathrobes, towels and complimentary slippers are provided. They also boast under floor warming, top quality sanitary ware and showers with copious amounts of hot water.
Lounge with two double leather sofas, single leather swivel chair plus a sumptuous grand sofa' and a computer/desk (the computer is connected to broadband at no additional cost and there is also Wifi available throughout the cottage and gardens). There is a real flame Gas fire within the central brick fire column, surround sound stereo system, Blu-ray DVD and 42 inch Plasma television with full HD+Sky package. Patio doors offer access to the spectacular secluded south facing gardens, with patio furniture, hot tub and BBQ cooking station.
The luxury hot tub, which is set within a covered canopy is automatically heated to a perfect thirty eight degrees twenty four hours a day, allowing you to enjoy, at any time, an indulgent bubbly massage.
Outside: There is a very splendid mature landscaped garden, which is very private and secure and 'wrapps' around the cottage on all sides. The borders are festooned with mature plants and trees and there is a luxurious hot tub. Private gravel driveway catering for up to three cars.
Additional information: Changeover day can be a Friday or Monday and short breaks are offered. The price includes electricity, heating, linen, towels (inc towels for the beach and hot tub), internet access, slippers and a gourmet welcome pack. Pets are welcome subject to the owner's terms and conditions. Cot by arrangement.
