Grove Farm Barn can accommodate up to eight guests and is located just a few miles inland from the fantastic North Norfolk coastline and the beautiful sandy bay at Holkham. This elegant flint four bedroom barn is the perfect hidden retreat and there is excellent shopping in the nearby town of Fakenham along with quality pubs and restaurants locally.

Nearby are golf courses at Hunstanton, Brancaster and Fakenham and Nature reserves at Holme, Cley and Titchwell. Good sailing can also be enjoyed at Blakeney, Brancaster and Burnham Overy Staithe, along with some stunning country and coastal walks.

Grove farm barn is a character barn conversion, which has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard (five star Gold awarded by VisitBritain), making it ideal for a holiday at any time of the year. The barn has a large landscaped enclosed garden with cottage borders and garden furniture and accommodation comprises: Large lounge with vaulted ceiling, oak floor and lovely wood burner for those more chilly nights. Spacious kitchen/dining room with hand painted units and granite worktops and seating for eight people. Hallway. Bathroom with bath and seperate shower cubicle. Two double bedrooms (one en-suite) beautifully furnished with oak floors, exposed flint walls and vaulted ceilings. Two very pretty twin bedrooms. Additional information: There is plentiful parking; Well-behaved dogs are welcome (by prior arrangement); A full local gym membership is offered to guests for the duration of the holiday; You can enjoy the use of a hot tub day or night.
