This charming Victorian holiday cottage is equipped and furnished to a high standard of comfort and style to ensure your every need is catered for whilst on holiday. Located in Heacham village on a quiet road, Belmont House provides spacious accommodation for up to nine guests in five bedrooms.
The cottage is located in the village of Heacham which is ideal for those who want to enjoy the North Norfolk Coastline with its many beautiful sandy beaches. The village also provides a choice of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops and is the centre of the Norfolk lavender-growing industry. Caley Mill, where the essence is distilled, can be visited free of charge and is an interesting place to visit.
Hunstanton is two miles away and is a popular seaside town offering miles of sandy beaches with rock pools, a wide range of places to eat and drink and numerous attractions to visit and activities to participate in.
For those who are keen birdwatchers, the bird reserves of Snettisham and Titchwell are within easy reach and there are also magnificent stately homes to visit - Sandringham, the Queen's country home is only six miles from the cottage.

Accommodation comprises:
Entrance hall.
Large sitting room with lovely open fire, flat Screen TV with freeview, Ipod connection, DVD, CD, and digital radio.
Well-equipped kitchen/dining room with oven, dishwasher, freezer, washing machine, dryer, microwave and large dining table which seats up to ten. There is also a door to the rear private patio garden (enclosed for pets and Children).
Downstairs wet room with shower, WC and basin.
Cloakroom with WC and basin.
Downstairs double bedroom.
Upstairs there are four bedrooms: bedroom one with kingsize bed; bedroom two with double bed; bedroom three with with two single beds and bedroom four which is a single bedroom.
Upstairs family bathroom.
Upstairs loft snug room with TV and DVD, providing the perfect place for the children to watch TV.
Outside - there is a private fully enclosed rear patio garden, with garden furniture, barbecue and covered area.
Additional information: heating, electricity, logs (during the winter), bed linen and towels are all included within the price; well behaved dogs are welcome; 3-5 night short breaks are available - please enquire.
