Brickyard Farm Holiday Cottages nestle on the edge of the peaceful yet thriving village of Banham within Norfolk. Here you have the choice of five 4 Star, well appointed holiday cottages that are available all year round. The cottages benefit from the shared use of an indoor swimming pool and are set on a ten acre site where there is also a small and friendly campsite which takes just a few caravans and tents.
Brickyard Farm offers plenty of space to wander where you can meet the two pet sheep, farm cat and chickens. Whilst the cottages are located in an idyllic rural countryside setting, they are conveniently positioned just a ten minute walk from local amenities including a pub, restaurant/take-away, shop and Banham Zoo which is at the end of the road.
The cottages overlook mostly farmland and fields and they sit between the market towns of Attleborough, Diss and Thetford. The City of Norwich is within easy reach and less than twenty miles away and local attractions include Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens (eight miles) and Snetterton Race Circuit (less than five miles).
Families are welcomed along with those seeking a peaceful retreat, relaxing weekend or midweek break (subject to availability), romantic getaway or business trip. If you enjoy walking, fishing, cycling, nature, or want a base for sightseeing the many attractions that Norfolk and the surrounding area has to offer then Brickyard Farm Holidays has allot to offer you.

Brickyard Farm Cottages have been sympathetically and lovingly converted from the stable block and barns to provide well equipped holiday accommodation where you can have an enjoyable relaxing stay.
Each cottage is family friendly and includes: Freeview television and DVD player; natural spring water from bore hole; fridge/freezer; microwave; dishwasher and washing machine. Guests also have free shared use of the indoor swimming pool.
The Stables sleeps four guests and is a charming single storey cottage with lots of character which includes a large farmhouse style kitchen, separate lounge with open log fire, one double and one twin bed room, and a bathroom with large corner bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside there is a patio area ideal for alfresco dining and relaxing in the sunset.
Barnside sleeps four guests and is a bright and airy single storey cottage which is full of character. It is ideal for those with limited mobility as this cottage is wheelchair friendly, including an access ramp to the front door (please discuss your personal requirements with the owner prior to booking to check cottage suitability both inside and out). There is a spacious open plan lounge-Kitchen-diner, bathroom, double bedroom and twin bedroom. There is also a patio area off one of the bedrooms for outside enjoyment.
Amberwell sleeps four guests and is a large two storey character cottage with spacious kitchen, lounge/diner, downstairs WC, while upstairs are the two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a family bathroom. There is an outside decked area at the front of the cottage where you can relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
Walnut Tree sleeps four guests in accommodation similar to Amberwell, with a spacious kitchen/diner, separate lounge, downstairs WC, then upstairs are the double and twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is an outside decked area at the front of the cottage to enjoy the summer evenings.
Additional information: Travel cot, high chair and stair gates available on request. Electricity and heating included. Free use of indoor swimming pool. Duvet with linen and towels provided.
