Meadow View Cottage is the ideal rural retreat for two being peacefully located on the edge of the New Forest National Park and just one mile outside of Fordingbridge, a pretty town on the banks of the River Avon. Here you will find all the shops for your everyday needs as well as some interesting independent shops, tea rooms, museum, pubs, and a park on the banks of the river.

Meadow View Cottage is a completely self contained extension to the owners own property, having it's own entrance, patio and garden, but having the advantage of enjoying the owners grounds and paddocks of three acres, which you are welcome to explore. There is also ample off road parking.
The accommodation is light, spacious and well designed and comes fully equipped to make you feel at home.
The kitchen has: eye level convection oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker and toaster. You will also find a complimentary bottle of wine on your arrival - please state preference for red/white/rose when booking.
The lounge has: feather filled sofa and chairs - one is an electric recliner (great for relaxing after a long walk), dining table and chairs seating four, television with freeview, DVD player, radio and CD player.
The bedroom has: double bed with feather and down duvet (a single bed is available on request), ample storage space (so no tripping over the suitcases), crisp, ironed bed linen, all towels and bed linens are supplied for your use at no extra charge.
The en-suite shower has: shower, toilet and sink with vanity unit - where you will find a foot spa.
The Patio has: table and two chairs, two sun loungers and a great view over the paddocks and countryside.
Additional information: Three or four night breaks out of season may be available - please enquire with the owner. Heating is by radiators - each with a thermostatic control. Heating, electricity, towels, bed linens, tea, coffee and sugar are provided free of charge during your stay. Sorry but children or pets can not be accepted and there is no smoking in the accommodation, although you are welcome to smoke on the patio. Arrival day is Saturday during the Summer and Friday during the rest of the year.
