Rye Hill House is situated in the centre of the small conservation village of Bruntingthorpe, South Leicestershire. The spacious three-bedroom cottage accommodates up to five guests.

Standing on it's own private plot the mature garden is secure, walled and child / dog friendly and there is a double garage, off road parking space and outside sitting area. Rear elevated views span the open countryside.

The village of Bruntingthorpe remains unspoilt, with two pubs, several working farms, St. Mary’s Church and a garage for petrol. There are several walks / footpaths from the village all clearly marked through beautiful countryside and the surrounding area is ideal for cycling and fishing (nearby Knaptoft has a range of medieval fishponds).

Many pubs and restaurants can be found in neighbouring villages (one to two miles away) and amenities e.g. chemist, post office, bakers, butchers and supermarket in the nearby villages of Countesthorpe and Blaby (four to five miles).

The cottage is perfectly positioned for the local towns of Lutterworth (seven miles) and Market Harborough (twelve miles), along with the City of Leicester (ten miles) and many major motorways (M1, M69, A14, M6). It is also well placed for attractions and interesting places throughout the county such as The National Space Centre, Foxton Locks, Bradgate Park, Bosworth Battlefield and Ashby de la Zouch Castle.
