Elms Farm is home to a self catering holiday cottage and a self catering lodge within some of the finest English countryside. Both the cottage and the lodge provide a relaxing retreat and an ideal base for touring around the unspoilt villages, enjoying the picturesque scenery and sampling the good selection of traditional English pubs.
The peaceful setting provides the perfect spot for sitting back with a glass of wine in the garden as the sun sets across the fields. It is a great location for those who enjoy walking and a great place for dogs with large gardens and easy access onto footpaths and fields which surround the farm.
Fleckney is the nearest village and is just a mile away from Elms Farm. It offers a number of amenities including a chemist, post office, Co-op supermarket, newsagents, very good butchers, two pubs, a fish and chip shop and a Chinese take-away. There is also a children’s playground on Leicester Road.
The farm has been in the family for three generations and today is a working farm with around 70 head of cattle and approximately 150 acres of arable land.
The owners are happy to give you a guided tour of the farm, where there's often much to see with calves being born throughout the year. They pride themselves on a personal and friendly welcome and a high quality service throughout the stay. A complimentary welcome tray consisting of coffee, tea, milk and biscuits awaits your arrival and however long your stay, you are sure to enjoy your time in this peaceful setting.

This insulated, double glazed holiday lodge is manufactured from Scandinavian redwood and provides comfortable holiday accommodation that is suitable all year round, in a lovely unique setting.
Outside the south facing veranda overlooks your own garden with open fields beyond and garden furniture and a barbeque are provided for dining alfresco. The lodge sleeps four guests and accommodation comprises:
One double bedroom.
One twin bedroom with two single beds.
Spacious living area with a freeview digital television, radio and CD/DVD player as well as books, magazines, jigsaws and games for a rainy day.
Well-planned and equipped dining kitchen which has a conventional cooker, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
Bathroom with a small bath (ideal for toddlers and babies) with shower over and this room also houses the washer/drier.
Ample car parking space outside the lodge.
Additional information: Guests are asked to refrain from smoking in the Lodge. Dogs are accepted at a small additional charge. Prices are inclusive of linen and towels. Electricity by card meter.
