From Trip Advisor:
A great homely cottage set in beautiful countryside. The interior was tastefully decorated and was of a high standard. Upon entering the property we were blown away with a welcome pack which included fresh baked bread and homemade cakes. Superb!!
I would definitely recommend this to a friend and would go and stay there again. The location was ideal for nearby Coniston and Ulverston. Keep up the good work Emma.
Beautiful surroundings ..... perfect location, secluded within easy reach of surrounding villages. Breathtaking views.......The cottage itself, is perfectly formed, modern and cosy with everything you would need for a romantic break.... even with a 9 month old baby. Welcome pack including a good bottle of wine and lots of other goodies....... yum yum. Log fire ready for lighting. Highly recommending to friends and family.
This cottage is beautiful, secluded and perfect for a romantic break. If it's peace and quiet you want and you dont mind using the car to go out to places for things such as food, then don't hesitate to book. There are walks from the cottage itself too and a really nice pub that you can hike to across a few fields which serves great pub grub. We didn't want for anything at the cottage, it was like a home from home.
