Little Fell is a typical Lakeland cottage that can accommodate up to five guests in three bedrooms.

Located in the peaceful valley of Little Langdale, in one of central Lakeland's unspoilt areas, Little Fell provides the perfect place to enjoy a quiet holiday in the Lake District where you can escape the main roads and crowds and relax amongst fantastic mountain scenery.

The valleys of Great and Little Langdale are well known for their breath taking scenery and challenging walks where you can enjoy walks to the river, fells and tarns starting from the front door. Children can have great fun playing and swimming in the river at Slater's Bridge which is just a fifteen minute stroll from the cottage, as is the famous Cathedral Cave.  Alternatively, take a stroll along to the Three Shires Inn where you can enjoy lunch or an evening meal whilst taking in the fantastic views. 

Conveniently located just minutes from the villages of Grasmere, Ambleside and Coniston, there are plenty of things to see and do in this beautiful area and many opportunities for outdoor activities.

Lake Windermere and Coniston Water provide the perfect place to enjoy a range of watersports including sailing and canoeing or for those looking for something a little less energetic - a relaxing lake cruise. Alternatively, try mountain biking in Grizedale Forest, gorge scrambling and rock climbing - local mountain instructors can be hired to help you get the most out of your experience. Also in Grizedale Forest is Go Ape, the exciting aerial rope course running through the trees.

For those looking for something a little different - try a unique experience on a working Lakeland Sheep Farm  in the Duddon Valley where you will have the opportunity to learn about the Border Collie breed and experience handling a friendly, trained sheep dog under instruction.
