Accommodation is self contained and the holiday cottage has its own private entrance and is adjacent to the owners house, so they are on hand should you need any advice or assistance during your holiday.

The accommodation is designed for two people, is on one level, centrally heated and has been designed with your comfort in mind. Detailed attention has been paid to the decor and furnishing, giving the cottage a sense of taste to blend in with the surrounding landscape. The cottage is non smoking and regrettably pets and children can not be accommodated.

Accommodation and facilities comprise:

• Sitting Room with easy chairs, dining area, flat screen television, DVD player, radio and book case. This room also benefits from views over the garden and the Lakeland countryside beyond.
• Well equipped kitchen with all the facilities you would expect such as double ceramic hob, combi- microwave, grill and oven, fridge with freezer compartment and washing machine.
• Bedroom: reached from the sitting room through double doors this room has twin beds which can also be made into a large double bed.
• Luxury Bathroom with separate power shower, large bath, wash basin with vanity unit, toilet in alcove, heated towel rail.
• Outside: From the lane a gate takes you to an enclosed sunny terrace with garden. There are garden walks with seating and a summer house.
• Private parking on site.

Additional information: Prices include heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels.

Prices: Three nights £210; four nights £270 and five to six nights are charged at the weekly rate.
