Situated in Central Lakeland within a property these holiday suites are ideal for couples who want to explore the many attractions and delights of the Lake District. They are located in an enviable position on the tree covered hillside above Grasmere and are ideal for those who enjoy walking, being on the direct route to Alcock Tarn and Greenhead Ghyll.
The property has a large natural woodland garden which is bounded by a tumbling stream, providing the perfect place to relax on a hot sunny day.
It is a peaceful spot, in a cul de sac located off the main road and benefits from views to Easedale and Silver Howe.
Grasmere village is the 'Jewel in the Heart of the Lake District' and is just half a mile away. It was made famous by William Wordsworth and Wordsworth's Dove Cottage and Rydal Mount are within walking distance. Grasmere is very popular with tourists and it offers a good selection of small shops and places to eat. Whatever your age or interest, there is something for everyone in this pretty village - artists and photographers will be taken back by the stunning scenery - walkers can enjoy the many wonderful walks starting from the village - youngsters can enjoy the magical tea garden with fairies - water lovers can stroll around the lake or hire a boat and row across - and for those who want to simply escape the pressures of every day life, what better place in this pretty village surrounded by beautiful scenery.

There are three suites available for holiday rent - Elderbeck, Hollybeck and Elderbeck House.
Elderbeck Suite accommodates two guests and has a comfortable sitting room with windows on three sides (overlooking the hills and garden), one of which is the entrance patio door leading to the garden patio. It also has a king sized bedroom, fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower and a small kitchen with full sized cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc.
Hollybeck Suite also accommodates two guests and offers twin beds convertable to a king (with door to the garden), a large sitting room with door leading to the patio and garden, tiled bathroom with bath and shower and a fully fitted kitchen with the same facilities as Elderbeck.
Elderbeck House has a triple aspect sitting room with stunning views over the garden towards Helm Crag, Seat Sandle, Dow Bank and the surrounding countryside. Digital television with DVD player provided. The bedroom has twin beds, next to a fully tiled shower room with three piece white suite, shower, WC, pedestal and wash hand basin. There is a spacious kitchen diner with lovely dual aspect windows providing a view towards Helm Crag, Seat Sandle and across the garden towards fields and countryside. The fully fitted kitchen includes four ring electric hob, double oven and integrated fridge.
Furnishings in all three suites are of a high standard and all suites have digital televisions and DVD players.
Additional information: There is central heating which is programmed to stay on all day, ensuring the suites are always warm and cosy regardless of whether they are occupied or not. Prices are inclusive of heating and bed linen (please bring your own towels). There is a large garage and parking places within the grounds.
