Relax and enjoy this family run sheep farm that is located in the heart of the Kent countryside in peaceful surroundings.
The owners 16th century farmhouse has been tastefully renovated for the comfort and privacy of guests.
An ideal base for the many walks that Faversham has to offer, Uplees Farm is also ideal for visiting the surrounding nearby towns and cities including the seaside towns of Whitstable, Margate, Ramsgate and sandwich, along with the City of Canterbury.
Being a working farm there are animals grazing in the pastures including sheep, cattle, goats, ducks and chickens.
The village of Oare is just one mile away from Uplees Farm and offers two pubs both of which provide lovely homemade food and ale.
The historic market town of Faversham, a Fairtrade Town, is only two miles away. It has plenty of places to eat and attractions to visit including Brogdale Fruit Collection and Shepherd Neame Brewery both of which provide tours. There are also Country Houses and Gardens to visit.
Being under sixty miles from London and within easy reach of many of Kent's attractions including its coastline, this is not only a peaceful retreat to escape the pressures of every day life but also a good base for exploring the 'Garden of Kent'.
