One of a lovely terrace of Regency houses, Royal Road is well-appointed with above-average accommodation. Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation area of Ramsgate, situated two minutes from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, quiet sandy beaches and the town centre.
The historic Cinque Port of Sandwich, and its golf courses, is a short drive away and the cathedral City of Canterbury is within easy reach. The house is about 200 yards from the cliff top promenade, which overlooks the harbour and the English Channel.
The busy harbour serves local fishermen and yachtsmen with a wide range of facilities. Cruise around the harbour or walk along East Pier to the Harbour Lights café.
The Isle of Thanet is in Eastern Kent, and enjoys above-average sunshine. Ramsgate, Broadstairs and Margate, the three main towns, have their separate characters. With 26 miles of golden sandy beaches and secluded bays, it is not difficult to pass a hot sunny day watching life go by. There are also plenty of pretty villages and rambling country lanes to explore.

Regency House is Grade II listed and retains many period features whilst offering all modern facilities. The accommodation is a maisonette situated on the upper three floors of this large house and is very spacious and well-appointed. It is four star rated and is furnished to a high standard of comfort and style.
