Bay Side is in an enviable position right on the beach at Freshwater Bay on the Isle of Wight. It affords panoramic sea views and has been rated 5 Stars by Visit Britain, providing luxurious modern holiday accommodation for parties of up to four guests in two bedrooms. With a private terrace that overlooks Freshwater Bay and a gate leading directly onto the beach this is location, location, location!
This ground floor holiday apartment has direct access to the beach from the French windows in the lounge/diner. This room offers spectacular views and sunsets as does the private seafront terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine as the sun goes down. Sit inside with the French doors open listening to the sound of the waves rolling up the beach and enjoy a special supper looking out to sea from the lovely dining area.
The apartment is as close as you can get to the sea without getting wet! It is in a quiet, peaceful position, yet just a stone's throw from three local restaurants/pubs, golf course, tea room, shops and the bus stop. The Island's capital, Newport is only a fifteen minute drive.
Freshwater Bay sits on the scenic West Wight 'dinosaur' coast with Tennyson's Trail right on the doorstep. With fine walks in all directions, it is ideal for walkers and also golfers with a golf course within walking distance. On-site parking and a bus stop right outside, means the apartment is well placed for exploring the lovely IOW either with or without a car.
Bay Side's seafront location makes it perfect for enjoying sea sports including swimming in the Bay, snorkelling, scuba diving, fishing, sailing and windsurfing. Its quiet sea/beach front position also makes it a great place to simply relax and unwind.
Sightseeing and fishing boat trips are available at nearby Yarmouth Harbour and the Island is fully accessible by Bus with the Open Top Bus tour passing the apartment.

Bayside is modern, spacious, bright, and stylish with a tiled floor throughout. It is decorated in a contemporary 'holiday' style with a high standard of furniture, soft furnishings, rugs, beds, curtains and sofas. Central heating and a modern fireplace in the lounge make Bayside ideal all year around.
Accommodation comprises:
Bedroom one has an en-suite shower room with modern shower, basin, WC and cabinets. It is spacious and furnished with a high-quality 5ft bed, two built-in wardrobes, a free-standing wardrobe, two bedside tables, chest of drawers, dressing table, two mirrors and a chair.
Bedroom two is a double room with an adjoining bathroom with bath, basin, WC and cabinet. The bedroom has a 4'6' quality bed and wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, lights and mirror.
Large living/dining room which is sunny, bright and south-facing with French doors directly onto the terrace with panoramic sea views. There are two, three seater sofas with recliner, television, CD, DVD player and dining area with table and chairs looking straight out to sea.
Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven etc.
Additional information: Gas, electricity, linen, towels and complimentary toiletries are included in the rental price. Unfortunately no pets and no children under the age of ten. There is private allocated parking space at the apartment, although a car is not strictly necessary to enjoy the Island as there is a comprehensive bus service (bus stop near the apartment) and a train service runs to Lymington ferry and a bus or taxi can be taken at the Yarmouth end.
