Completed in 2005, “Ardmore”, is a stunning, luxurious three bedroomed (two en suite) bungalow that can cater for a maximum of six guests.
It is finished, furnished and equipped to the highest standards and fully deserves its 5 star grading from the Scottish Tourist Board. All rooms are large and bright, and it is double glazed and centrally heated throughout.
There is generous private off road parking and large secluded gardens to the rear for guests to enjoy. Locally owned and run, “Ardmore” is situated in a peaceful location in the village of Broadford and enjoys sea or mountain views from all rooms. It is within easy walking distance of all local amenities and attractions.
Broadford, the second largest village on Skye is some eight miles from the now toll free Skye Bridge and an ideal centre from which to tour all of the beautiful Isle of Skye and Wester Ross.
There is a choice of several excellent restaurants and pubs in the village with further restaurants etc a short drive away.

The accommodation comprises:
Lounge - The lounge is spacious and from the bay window there are excellent views over the bay and Kinloch hills. It seats six people with ease and features a solid oak floor and a feature limestone fireplace. For entertainment there is a 42 inch plasma television with Sky, surround sound and a supply of DVDs and CDs.
Bedrooms one and two - Both double bedrooms have spacious en suite facilities and enjoy panoramic views over Broadford Bay and the red Cuillins. Bedroom one has a king size four poster bed. Bedroom two has a king size sleigh bed. Both rooms are supplied with hairdryers and flat screen televisions.
Bedroom three - A twin room with magnificent views of the Red Cuillins. A hairdryer and flat screen television are supplied.
Kitchen - The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted out with quality solid wood units. The appliances (cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) are Neff and all are integrated. There is also a microwave oven. A table and chairs are provided for those who wish to breakfast in the kitchen rather than in the formal dining room.
Dining room - The dining room has French doors which open onto a large patio. A gas barbeque and garden furniture are provided for those who enjoy "the great outdoors".
Utility room - The utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier.
Bathroom - The outstanding feature of the main bathroom is the roll top freestanding bath.
