Little Owl Lodge is a dog-friendly holiday lodge in Lincolnshire, sleeping four guests at Rural Roosts near Stainfield. Lapwing Lodge is a dog-friendly holiday lodge in Lincolnshire, sleeping six guests in three bedrooms at Rural Roosts near Stainfield. Overlooking a peaceful fishing lake on a 300-acre working farm, this self-catering holiday lodge has a private deck, spacious open-plan living area and access to two guest-only coarse fishing lakes. Guests can explore woodland walks, the Viking Way, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the historic city of Lincoln, all within easy reach. With wildlife, cycling routes, fishing, beaches and market towns nearby, Lapwing Lodge suits families, friends and couples looking for a quieter, less commercial side of Lincolnshire.

A beautiful spacious, part 12th, 15th and 18th century Grade II listed building of historical importance on the outskirts of the Kent village of Manston, just four miles from Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate on the Kent coastline. Ideal for groups of up to thirteen guests.  However, if you also wanted to book the two cottage next to The Chapel which also form part of the secluded grounds of Manston Court, which both have one bedroom and a sofa bed, groups of up to 21 are able to stay comfortably for that special occasion. We have now added an outside electric socket in the garden of The Chapel, so that guests can hire a hot tub to make their stay even more memorable.  We suggest Goodwins in Margate is a great place to hire out the hot tub.  Currently the price for up to 1 weeks hire is £270 which includes warm water.  When ordering the warm water we don't charge for keeping it nice and warm, we only charge if we need to provide the water and warm it up.
