Walnut Tree Cottage is a very spacious cosy holiday cottage which sleeps two guests in a double bedroom. It is very well equipped with all the additional extras that make all the difference on a holiday. You can rest assured that all of the rooms have the extra touches that make the cottage feel just like home from home.
The accommodation comprises:
Ground Floor:
Entrance hall
Spacious dining room with a table and chairs that comfortably seats four guests, two Parker Knoll easy chairs and a coffee table so that you can sit and relax with a glass of wine or cup of tea.
Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric cooker with four ring electric hob, fridge with top freezer box and radio.
Bathroom with Shower over bath.
First Floor:
Lounge which like the rest of the house, is very tastefully decorated and has two sofas (one a sofa-bed). Reading and table lamps add additional atmosphere to this lovely room together with the gas fired 'wood burner' which gives off a lovely, cosy heat. There is a selection of books, videos, CDs, DVDs, games and jigsaw puzzles to pass away time in the evenings or on those rainy days!
Double Bedroom furnished with fresh, co-ordinating bed linen and there are bedside tables each side of the bed with lamps. There is also a radio alarm, wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage chest. If you require anti-allergy pillows etc, these can be provided, without any additional charge. Hot water bottles and torches are the final little touches!
Additional information: There is off-road parking to the front of the Cottage for one vehicle and secure storage for bikes should you wish to bring them with you. There is access to a fridge/freezer if required. The cottage is centrally heated and double glazed.
