Reviews and Testimonials for The Cleeve
Here are just a few recent reviews and testimonials from our guests
along with the date of the group's stay.
♦ There were 28 of us, we had the time of our lives! We had 7 families of 4, so we filled the house completely! It was still big enough to get lost in though... the kids had a ball playing hide and seek! The whole week was amazing, we had walks on the beach, we all walked to Porlock Weir, the boys played golf, we took the kids to a local wildlife park. The whole week was great. Thank you again, Kevin, for a week we will never forget. JD.

♦ Our extended family rented the Cleeve for a week over Christmas. The house has every possible facility and is in excellent decorative order. The furniture is in good condition and the two kitchens well supplied with crockery cutlery and cooking utensils. The views from the house are splendid and the house is conveniently situated for Porlock and its shops. We had a most enjoyable week. AP.

♦ Just a quick note to say what a wonderful time we all had at The Cleeve last week. It was certainly filled with much fun and laughter and provided me with a very special week-long birthday party which will be much talked about in the years to come. The house suited us perfectly and it would be lovely to repeat it all over again. ...we had a brilliant week and found The Cleeve a warm and comfortable ‘home from home’. Not too precious that you couldn’t relax but perfect for family parties. SP.

♦ I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing stay at the house, everything we needed was supplied plus added bonuses of open fires, an aga, jacuzzi, comfy beds, soft towels and a dishwasher made it feel like a luxury hotel. I have recomended you to anyone that will listen and I know all 20 other people had a fantastic stay. It's a real rarity to find such a big house let alone one that has been finished to such a high standard and it made my 30th Birthday unforgetable. I am already jealous of the next people who get to stay there, so thank you. KS.
