Pekes Manor House (as in main photo) and cottages are situated within the county of East Sussex in South East England, just twelve miles inland from Eastbourne, nine miles from Lewes and eighteen miles from the vibrant seaside town of Brighton. The house and cottages are approached up a 350 yard drive offering unspoilt views of the countryside and a unique selection of self catering holiday accommodation.
Whilst being close to London, Pekes Manor is in a peaceful location and offers guests freedom to use the facilities including: exotic indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, lawn badminton, hard Macadam style tennis court and extensive grounds.
There are six delightful properties to choose from, each having its own character and individual style and facilities. They can be rented individually for family/friends holidays or together to cater for larger groups of up to sixty guests.

All six holiday cottages offer accommodation of a very high standard, with great character.
Pekes Manor House (sleeping up to twenty) is a magnificent tile hung Tudor Manor House on three floors with paneled rooms, oak-beamed ceilings, open fireplace and a large lawn with marked out Badmington court and croquet area, solely for the use of Pekes Manor House guests. There are eight beautiful bedrooms, a large kitchen and kitchen annex, four bathrooms and three reception rooms. Unfortunately dogs can not be accepted. Prices from: £2830-£3400 per week; short breaks from £2035 - £2300.
The Oast House (sleeping up to twelve) is a 'fairy tale' house with its two large towers that were originally used for drying hops. It has four bedrooms and has the benefit of having its own private Jacuzzi spa bath in a cabin in the garden. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on lead outside due to grazing livestock. Prices from: £1330-£2000 per week; short breaks from £900 - £1155.
The Wing (sleeping up to six) with its pale yellow walls, wood burning stove and polished parquet floors offers spacious versatile accommodation which may be ideal for families. Unfortunately dogs can not be accepted. Prices from: £475-£792 per week; short breaks from £290 - £470.
Tudor View (sleeping up to seven) offers single level accommodation that is in a secluded position. It has a fenced enclosure at the back making it suitable for those who want to bring children or small dogs and it offers beautiful views. It is a spacious and well furnished cottage with lovely open fire and a double and twin bedroom. Prices from: £515-£900 per week; short breaks from £309 - £536.
Mounts view (sleeping ten plus two) is a stunning cottage in a secluded position. It is an 'eco friendly' house with five double bedrooms, great views and an enclosed garden which is safe for children and dogs. Prices from: £865-£1156 per week; short breaks from £505 - £710.
Gate Cottage (sleeping up to six) is a cosy little cottage with two bedrooms. It has its own peaceful garden which is secure for children and dogs. Prices from: £410-£775 per week; short breaks from £258 - £360.
