Haywards Barn is a beautiful detached Grade II Listed convered barn which has an immense amount of character and has been finished to a high standard. Its vaulted ceiling with thick oak beams, antique spiral staircase and log burner make it an ideal country romantic retreat at any time of the year. Located in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this is a perfect place to completely unwind, yet it is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from Royal Tunbridge Wells, ten minutes from the train station with links into London and ten minutes from the Ashdown Forest with miles of wonderful walks.

Outside the barn, there are pigs and chickens to pet and a public footpath taking you across the stunning East Sussex countryside. The barn itself has Sky television (with Sky Movies), DVD player, Wi-Fi internet access and a Wii console for cosy nights in. There is also a BBQ and separate seating area for those who wish to enjoy summer evenings outside.

Set within the grounds of an acre garden, Haywards Barn is one of five Grade II Listed properties on Haywards Farm. Despite feeling rural, it is only a short walk away from two village pubs and the local shops. The barn is well placed for enjoying a variety of walks, horse rides, golf and bike rides and Ashdown Forest provides some six thousand, five hundred acres of beautiful forest and heathland to explore. Royal Tunbridge Wells is a great place to go shopping with many bars and restaurants should you want to enjoy a meal out.

There are plenty of places of interest within easy reach of Haywards Barn. Brighton, with its vibrant atmosphere, pebble beach, Sea Life Centre, shops, bars and restaurants is only forty minutes away by car. London too is within easy reach and only an hour away by car or train - Crowborough Station is just a ten minute walk from Haywards Barn.

Closer to home, there are many attractions and fun days out. Scotney Castle, Bewl Water and Bedgebury Forest are all thirty minutes away by car.
