Barn Owls is a lovely old barn conversion which runs the entire length of the garden, providing three beautifully, fully equipped holiday apartments.

It shares its grounds with The Old Farmhouse, has plenty of off street parking and provides a very peaceful retreat right at the foot of the South Downs. You can step out of the back garden straight onto the downs, and if you enjoy walking you’ll love this quiet location.

The different apartments are:

• Barn Owls (sleeps up to either four or six) - this can offer a more flexible option with either one or two bedrooms via connecting doors, enabling it to be hired as a one bedroom apt (with double bed), or with an additional twin room. It has a shower room, a full size kitchen with washing machine and a split level lounge and dining room. In the lounge there is a sofa bed that converts into a double bed.
• Snowy Owls (sleeps up to two) - this is the smallest apartment of the three and is ideal for couples. It has one twin bedroom, a shower room and an open plan area in which you can relax eat and cook. In the kitchen area there is a small table top cooker.
• Tawny Owls (sleeps up to six) - this apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one twin room. There is a shower room and a larger open plan room that is a combined kitchen/lounge/dining area. In this room there is a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. There is a washing machine in this apartment.

All apartments have the following facilities unless stated otherwise: Full size cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, television and radio. All bed linen, towels and electricity are provided within the rental price for full weekly lets, for shorter breaks linen can either be hired or you can bring your own. They are all heated with electric night storage heaters, and this heating is included within the rental price.

Additional information: Internet access is available by dongle (small additional charge) - please speak to the owner if you require this facility. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement only at £15 per dog per week or £10 per short break.
