This delightful detached 5 Star property is one of just two very individual cottages located on the owner’s friendly farm and offers holiday accommodation for up to five guests, children of all ages are welcome. For larger parties both cottages can accommodate up to nine guests (see also Forester’s Cottage). Keeper's is equally ideal for a couple - a discount is offered if only one of the bedrooms and en-suite is used. Pets are also welcome by arrangement and livery for horses.
Keeper's has ground level accommodation. It is beautifully maintained and well equipped to ensure you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday or short break. Digital TV’s and full gas central heating offer a very comfortable environment all year round. Keeper’s is open for Christmas and New Year. Seasonal Art Holidays are offered for drawing and painting in the studio on the farm, field trips, demos and workshops.
Surrounded with trees, fields and hedgerows, this lovely area offers a variety of wildlife, excellent country walks, off road cycling and horse riding. Close to the New Forest/East Dorset border, the location offers the best of both worlds. The New Forest market town of Ringwood is just four miles east, between and within an easy walk is, Moors Valley Country Park with lakes, tree top trail, cycle hire, steam railway and lots more. The spectacular Cranborne Chase is four miles west with some of Dorset’s finest scenery. Just seven miles south, are the beaches of Southbourne, Hengistbury Head and Mudford Sands with nature trails, cliff walks, land-train and water sports.
The coast and countryside offer a wealth of pursuits, events and special sights, as well as a huge variety of bistros, pubs, restaurants, markets, museums, and attractions.

Accommodation is all on ground level and facilities include:
Fenced and gated furnished patio with BBQ - an ideal place to relax with a cool glass of wine or beer, overlooking the grazing land and trees which are often visited by deer, pheasants and other wildlife.
Open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with views across the patio and fields. Good quality soft furnishings compliment the leather dining chairs and reclining sofas. Digital TV with Freeserve, DVD, radio, CD, cassette player, books, games and family DVD’s to enjoy.
Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer /dryer, microwave, fridge with ice-box and worktop appliances.
Bedroom one with a superking double bed that can convert to twin beds if required. Fitted wardrobes and quality furnishings. Digital TV with Freeserve. A door leads to the en-suite with step in shower, WC and hand-basin.
Bedroom two is a large room with twin beds plus an extra bed for a third person if required, subject to a small supplement. Fitted wardrobes and quality furnishings. Digital TV with Freeserve.
Separate family bathroom providing a bath with shower over, hand-basin and WC.
Additional information: Beds are freshly made for your arrival using good quality linen, seasonal weighted duvets and pretty spreads.
