Budmouth25 provides holiday accommodation for up to six guests in three bedrooms and is located in the idyllic peaceful setting of the Weymouth Bay area. Ideally located, Budmouth25 affords exceptional views over Lodmoor Bird Sanctuary and Weymouth Bay and the 2012 Sailing Olympics will be able to be viewed from the lounge and decking area of the home.

Locally there is a small general store and post office and paragliding, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, hand gliding are all available in the surrounding area. There is also a boat and jet ski launch ramp, along with a beach side café - all within ½ mile. A regular bus service runs from the bottom of the road into Weymouth as does the Jurassic coast bus service - travelling in and around Weymouth and to the local surrounding towns is very easy by bus.

Weymouth’s lovely Blue Flag sandy beach and Georgian seafront is within easy reach and this classic seaside town has plenty to offer all ages including shops, pubs, restaurants, cafés and attractions such as the Sea Life Centre. Fishing trips are available from the working harbour as are day trips to the Channel Islands. With an eclectic mix of traditional seaside charm with contemporary influences, Weymouth is ideal for couples looking for a break away or family holidays. There are over three miles of level promenade where you can stroll along the seafront and take in the spectacular views across the World Heritage Jurassic Coastline. Weymouth is also home to Lodmoor Country Park with its many attractions and the RSPB nature reserve, Radipole Lake. Nothe Fort (a fortress with WWII memorabilia) and Sharky's Adventure Play Zone are also nearby.

For those who enjoy walking, there are many lovely walks along coastal paths in the area and plenty of attractions including Corfe Castle, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, the Tank Museum and Monkey World. Golfers can admire the wonderful views of the Dorset countryside and coastline whilst enjoying a game at one of the many courses in the area. Enjoy a car ride with fantastic views along the coastal road and explore chocolate box villages such as Abbotsbury with its sub tropical gardens and swannery. Alternatively, explore the area by bike (bike hire is available at several places locally).

For those happy to travel further afield, Portsmouth, Beaulieu Motor Museum, Southampton, Winchester, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Bath, Bristol, Wells, Chedder Gorge, Plymouth and Exeter are all within a two hour car drive.
