Sunbeam Cottage sleeps up to five guests and is a pretty wisteria clad stone holiday cottage ideally placed in the heart of the picturesque Devon village of Branscombe with the popular Masons Arm pub and beach within walking distance. The surrounding area is perfect for walkers with miles of coastal footpath to explore, and equally as appealing for those looking for a beach holiday with the pretty pebble beach accessible from the end of the quiet no-through lane and just a short walk away (the perfect place to watch the sun go down!).
Famed for sitting on the Jurassic Coast (a World Heritage Site), Branscombe nestles in a tranquil beautiful valley, surrounded by National Trust land, meandering its way down to the sea. You can enjoy miles of coastal and countryside paths from the front door taking you to the pretty seaside town of Beer and Sidmouth.
The cottage is nicely presented and boasts lots of character, nicely complemented by antique furniture and attractive soft furnishings. The gardens to the front and back are larger than you would expect and there is a patio at the back for alfresco dining. For those who fancy a night off cooking, the Masons Arms Inn is dog friendly and serves exceptionally good food (just one hundred and fifty yards away).
A great and varied choice of attractions are on offer in the area with something to suit all ages. Visit the Donkey Sanctuary, Abbotsbury Swannery or the seaside towns and villages of Seaton and Lyme Regis. Bicton Park Gardens and Branscombe Manor Mill, Forge and Bakery are also worth a visit.

Sunbeam Cottage is accessed from the road via five stone steps (a steam runs underneath) which lead into the front garden with rockery and pool.

Additional information: To the front of the cottage there is a parking space. Well behaved dogs are accepted at an additional charge of £50 per pet, per week or short break stay. WiFi internet access available and included in the price along with heating, electricity, bed linen and towels (please bring beach towels). Short breaks available - please enquire with the owner.
